 ANOTHER AWARD FOR EVENT LAB
Event Lab was recently recognized by the International Special Events Society (ISES) with a 2007 Minnesota Star Award in the "Best Event Design and Decor" category.
"Once In A Blue Moon," the theme for a party in celebration of the client's 50th anniversary, inspired the Event Lab creative team to think out of the box. All design, decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, logistics, and event management were the responsibility of Event Lab. A highlight of the evening was a woman, dressed in blue feathers and sequins, swinging three stories above the large crowd!
This is the second consecutive year Event Lab has been honored by the local ISES chapter comprised of special event professionals. In its 14-year history, Event Lab has also received accolades from MN Meetings and Events Magazine, Meeting Professionals International, and from the international ISES association.

NEW ONLINE RSVP SYSTEM
Need an easy way for members or employees to book tours during your next conference? Event Lab has recently launched a new proprietary online tour booking system. Participants simply go to Event Lab's web site and select the tour they want to book. The system then walks them through the registration and payment process. It's that easy!
The system includes confirmation emails which are not only sent to the participant, but also the main contact for the conference. Event Lab can also produce periodic reports showing who has registered for the tours. The system works with both public tours and specific tours you create using our expert resources. Event Lab lounge furniture can be customized by changing the pillows to reflect the theme of your event, by enhancing the back of the sofas with coordinating fabrics, or by changing the entire color of the furniture with different covers.
